These are the figures on the membership panel inside the series player in October 2026. The annual plan is presented as 70% off the monthly price and the quarterly plan as 35% off. All three unlock the same thing; the difference is how much you pay per month and how far ahead you pay.

What each plan costs over a year

A year on the monthly plan costs three and a half times a year on the annual plan. The pricing is built to push the annual option, and for anyone who expects to keep watching that is the only plan that reads as good value.

What stays free

A free account with an age confirmation unlocks episodes 1 and 2 of every series, which across a catalog of more than 120 titles is well over two hundred episodes. No card is requested at that stage and the free episodes never expire. Series carrying the Spicy label are the exception: most of them have no free episodes. What Premium includes

• Episodes 3 and up in every series, including the Spicy titles and the Candy Creator digital twin series, with no per-series charge.
• High-quality streaming and no promotional interruptions, both listed as plan benefits on the membership panel.
• The Premium features of Candy AI itself: uncensored chat and image generation with the same characters, since Candy Shorts and Candy AI share one account and one plan.

Tokens and Candy AI

Inside the series player the unlock offered for a locked episode is a membership plan, not a token price. Candy AI’s chat side sells token packs for extra generations and voice features, and some outside reviews describe per-episode token unlocks; if those exist they are presented inside the app rather than on the public series pages. For watching Candy Shorts, the membership is the price that matters.

Promotions

The membership panel runs time-limited promotions with a countdown clock, typically on the annual plan; October 2026 had one tied to a seasonal code. These change without notice, so the panel itself is the only reliable price list. There is no official coupon programme: a third-party site offering a “Candy Shorts coupon”, a “lifetime plan” or “free Premium” is a scam, and the leaked page explains what those pages actually do.

How billing works

Payment goes through the platform’s own checkout. The charge is identified as “EverAI” on card statements, which is the name of the operator, EverAI Limited, a company registered in Malta. Every plan renews automatically at the amount and interval shown on the plan card until cancelled. After purchase the platform asks you to confirm the account by email to keep access, so a working address is required.

How to cancel

1. Sign in to candy.ai with the account that bought the plan.
2. Open the account or subscription settings.
3. Cancel the renewal. The current period runs to its end and no further charge is taken.

Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund the current one. Refund requests are governed by the platform’s terms and handled by its support, not by this site. Cancelling Premium does not delete the account: the free episodes remain available.

Which plan to pick

Annual if you already know you like the format: the free episodes answer that question before you pay. Quarterly for a season of new releases. Monthly only to sample beyond episode 2 of a few series before deciding, with the intention of cancelling or switching. Because one plan covers the entire catalog and the Candy AI chat features, there is nothing to add on top.
